The CARE Helpline was developed to provide a supportive outlet for people experiencing the actual or anticipated loss of their cherished companion animal. It is staffed by our Grief Counselor who understands the importance of the bond you share with your animal friend and the emotions involved when that bond is threatened or altered. The Association for Pet Loss and Bereavement

The APLB is a certified nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization that provides an assortment of support services for those grieving or anticipating the loss of a pet.

The association provides online chat rooms Sunday-Friday as well as counseling hotlines.

American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals

The ASCPA provides information on their website to help cope with the loss of a beloved pet.
