Dr. Herbert and Dr. Bell are amazing and the support staff is pretty fantastic too! I love the text confirmation process and email of information we discussed during the visit. I also like that they call within a day or two following vaccinations to check on the pets status and ask about any reactions. Very attentive. Keep up the great work!

The staff, techs, and doctor were amazing! Even though my 2 year old cat was a little terror, they calmly worked with him to treat him the best way possible. They helped with a payment plan option as well! By the end of the visit, the doctor and staff explained everything clearly and were so very helpful. What a nice group of people. Our cat just didn’t want to come out of the carrier. Rather than pull her out the vet tech just set the carrier on the floor, left and by the time she was back, Kitty was out :-). Vet was very thorough in the examination explained things well and showed a lot of compassion.

I take both of my cats here and I’m very happy with the staff. One cat isn’t very cooperative (she’s scared) but the vets and techs are patient and kind and try their best to keep her calm. They also make sure you understand everything before you leave and are happy to answer any questions I have.

Dr. Byerly has been such a wonderful veterinarian and has gone above and beyond to see to the care of my rabbit who has had many health issues over the years. She has personally called to check in on my sweet rabbit’s health when he was especially unwell recently. The vets and vet assistants at Arbor View have been there for my animals and I through the worst of things and I know 100% that I can always count on them for the best care.
